What happens to your attention under pressure?
An invitation for NLG Talks participants
Leadership is not only about what you know or what you do.
It is also shaped by what becomes available to your attention — what you notice, what feels important, what you prioritise, and what you may miss.
Under pressure, that lens can narrow or shift.
The InnerSense Pressure Scan is designed to help you explore how this happens for you in a real leadership situation.
Your NLG Talks participant offer
For NLG Talks participants, the Pressure Scan includes:
the full InnerSense Pressure Scan
a personalised InnerSense Snapshot
individual written analysis of your responses
a 60-minute private interpretation session with Dr Chris Lithgow Smith
Investment
£750 plus VAT where applicable.
A limited number of NLG participant places are available because each Pressure Scan is individually reviewed and analysed.
What the Pressure Scan explores
The Pressure Scan is not a personality test.
It looks at the information that appears to become important to you when you lead, including:
what you are driven to achieve
what feels risky or important to protect
the needs and trade-offs you are balancing
how other people and relationships enter your awareness
how you make sense of the wider situation
It also explores how these patterns may change when pressure increases.
The aim is not to place you in a type or category.
It is to help you become more curious about your own Field of awareness — including what your InnerSense may make easier to notice and what could be less visible to you in the moment.
What you will receive
Following completion of the Pressure Scan, I will review your responses individually and prepare your personalised InnerSense Snapshot and written analysis.
We will then meet privately for 60 minutes to explore:
what appears to command your attention
how that may shift under pressure
patterns that may be helping you
information that may be easier to overlook
what this could mean for a current leadership challenge
